Digital technologies

Today, in digital technologies we learnt how computers submit information without using as much data. For example I wrote a nursery rhyme (twinkle twinkle little star) and I crossed out some words that had already come across in twinkle twinkle little star.

Exhibition

During our year five exhibition, well as me and my class call it expedition. In our groups we have been trying to write our lines of inquiry and in order to do that we need to fill out our lotus diagram and write our questions, then sort it into a statement and then BOOM! We have lines of inquiry. Well I’am posting about the lotus diagram and the process of writing it. So our teacher told us that we have form and causation and ect, and once we had filled all of the boxes out with lots of questions we start writing our lines of inquiry.

Number sentences

Today in Math we used LEGO bricks to make a simple number sentences. This is evidence that i understand multiplication is making groups. In my example I did 4×8=32 that this is the same as 4 groups of 8.

 

…but it was the wrong colour…

‘IT WAS THE WRONG COLOUR!’ I screamed. My friend said red is the right colour but I said NO PURPLE IS THE RIGHT COLOUR FRIEND! And he yelled back, NO PURPLE IS THE RIGHT COLOUR YOU PIGEON! And then I yelled YOU CUCUMBER! And then our teacher saw us and joined in. NO THE RIGHT COLOUR IS GREEN LISTEN TO YOUR TEACHER! And then I yelled at the top of my voice ITS PURPLE YOU DOOR BELL! And then my mum saw me and said were going home now so I said one more minute so we worked it out.
